The name "Doremì" is a tribute to the horse that lived here in the 1700s when the fief of Limatola was owned by the Gambacorta dukes. In our hall, his presence is recalled by the personal bowl found in the mangers by the Sgueglia family, current owners of Limatola Castle.

The culinary proposal aims to combine the tradition and scents of our land and an eternal and innovative gastronomic research, discovering new flavors.
